Stop using topic names explicitly and rely on the default topic used by the Message Service Client

            Description

            The Message Service Client now uses a default topic name. New methods have been added that do not require the specification of a topic name. The EPS should utilize this to improve flexibility as the default topic name is configurable through a context parameter.
