            Description

            Feature Request #1: Allow better integration with header grouping. Currently if a user add some header grouping the filter inputs add an addition header to the page. This can be fixed somewhat with some CSS but it is not the nicest looking workaround.

            Feature Request #2: Allow better integration with the commandSortHeader component.
