JAR Manifest file: "Name" entry has incorrect format for jar specification.

            Description

            A community user has made note of an issue in our jar files Manifest.mf file. In each of our jars, icefaces.jar, icefaces-ace.jar, etc there is a section "Name", which includes the root package name for that jar in the following format: "org.icefaces", or "org.icefaces.ace", etc.

            The user has suggested and I've verified that the name format is incorrect and it should match a base package path name in the jars - "org/icefaces/", "org/icefaces/ace/", etc.

              This JIRA is to make the necessary corrections for the ICEfaces EE specific jars. The base jars are included from the oss ICEfaces build and will already be corrected via ICE-11213.
