        Modified restoring callback for modal dialog to avoid throwing exception when the reference to element is now undefined (for some unknown reason).

        Revisited previous fix. It turns out that the disapearing reference is the 'iceModalFrame' iframe used as the modal overlay. Because the iframe is removed that callback restoring fails.

        The new fix excludes the iframe from the list of elements that have their event listeners disabled. Since the iframe is the modal overlay it does not need to have its event listeners disabled just the input elements below it.
