Should be tested with multi-part configuration in place, since 8.5 is a servlet 3 spec server.

Verified with Jenkins EE-3.3.0.GA_P03 Build 3 on WAS 8.5.5.4, using servlet v.3.0 and the multipart-config tag in web.xml.
        File uploads are functional.
However, if the file name contains special UTF-8 characters the file is uploaded on server but the characters are not rendered properly on the web page (they also are persisted on server using "???" for the special characters, but this is a known issue). This issue was resolved for P01 release in IPCK-461.

According to http://jira.icesoft.org/browse/IPCK-461 there is special server configuration steps required to make this work properly.

No issues found on WAS 7.0.31; also no issues for file names with UTF-8 special characters.

Marking this resolved. We'll consider the UTF-8 issues to be solvable via special deployment steps and thus a known issue for the release.
