            Description

            Layout Components > Rich Tabs

            To reproduce:
            1) Build / deploy ee-composite-showcase
            2) Navigate to Layout Components > Rich Tabs test
            3) Try dragging the tabs to new locations.
            The tabs aren't always placed into correct locations when moving them. Instead, they become selected and move back to their original position.
