Add a warning to Poll app when cloud-push is configured but icefaces-ee-mobi.jar is missing

            Description

            ICEfaces-EE doesn't ship with ICEmobile-EE. However, the Poll application can be configured to use Cloud Push. In order for the Poll application to support this, it requires the icemobile-ee-mobi.jar. If Poll is configured to use cloud-push, but the icemobile-ee-mobi.jar is lacking, it should log a warning with instructions what to do and revert to push instead.
