Add ability to define style/styleClasses for the input components in the RichDataGrid

            Description

            Currently it is possible to set the column width by setting the width when creating the BaseRichDataColumn array. When the row is being edited the input elements don't display in this area.

            It is possible to change the input components style but this needs to be applied to the default ICEfaces style class names which may cause other issues in the application.

            For example:
            RichDataListColumn - iceSelOneMnu
            RichDataTextColumn - iceInpTxt
