The Poll application has been changed to adapt to WebLogic Server 10.3 cluster environments. It uses JMX to check for the current server state to be "RUNNING" before setting up JMS.
I successfully tested this solution on WebLogic Server 10.3.5.0 and 10.3.6.0 cluster environments with EPS and Poll being deployed. Marking this one as FIXED.
