AssertionError when shutdown node comes back up

      Description

      When a shutdown node within a WebLogic Server Cluster is brought back up again, the following error can be experienced:

        Is this an issue we should review if/when the next 1.8 release goes out? Is there a concern for ICEfaces 2?
