            Description

            File Upload does not work the first time, seems to work after that but not reliable for large files.

                Noticing odd path browser clearing on first selection of a session.

                No reliability problems being noticed with files as large as 220mb though.

                Discovered a double-submit is responsible for the clearing behaviour.
                Carlo confirmed and mentioned Ted had solved previous double submit problems.

                Created an ICEfaces bug linked here and linked that to the solved problems.
