fileUpload - Path Browser Cleared After First Selection

            Description

            After selecting a file to upload for the first time, an onclick and onunknown event are triggered, causing the value of the path browser to be cleared.
            Only happens on the first upload of a session.

            Carlo believed this bug was another manifestation of the double submit bug detailed in Ice-6470
