Stream line build process and remove duplicate files

            Description

            There seem to to be two duplicate icecc.taglib.xml files. One in the ./conf/ folder and the other in the ./resources/ folder. We need to double check if both files are needed . Likely only the /resources/ folder is needed from from first look.

            Other issues are that we have 3 faces config files and numerous JSF 1.2 dependencies that no longer apply to 2.0.

                Once the duplication is removed this issue can be fixed.

                Updated the maven2 build files to reflect the pending EE-2.0.0.beta1 release. Also created a pom build script for the showcase example. Updated corresponding readme files to help developers build the project.
