selectInputText: action and actionListener's aren't working

            after testing both the users own test case and adapting our own samples, I can't
            get action or actionListener to fire on a selectInputText component. Tested in
            both Facelets and non-Facelets mode.

              The "action" and "actionListener" works only when the enter key being pressed
              on the inputText element, and I found that the autocomplete.js does not sends
              any submit call on the Enter key. Assigining this bug to Rob.
