Row Selection can throw Javascript errors

            Description

            The Row Selector Component does not force the framework to include the Ice
            Extras Javascript Lib. So if row selection is used and no other component asks
            for the Ice Extras lib then required functions for row selection will be
            missing. Causing javascript error.

            A work around for this is to include a component that asks for the IceExtras
            lib. (Effects, Drags, Drops, Auto complete)
