ace:tooltip - Error message incorrectly references "ace:tooltipDelegate"

            Description

            If the ace:tooltip forDelegate attribute references an id for an ace:delegate that can't be found in the view it will throw the following error:

            Cannot find delegate component "tooltipDelegate" in view or it is not an instance of <ace:tooltipDelegate>.

            The ace:tooltipDelegate does not exist.
