mobi:timeSpinner, changing AM/PM triggers submit

            Description

            The timeSpinner seems to be submitting at times when it shouldn't be. When changing the AM/PM value by using the arrows the timeSpinner is firing a submit each time, and should not be.

              r42023: added "return false;" to am/pm buttons in order to avoid submit.

              Verified Icefaces 4 trunk r42023. Tomcat 7, all desktop browsers, safari on ios 7 and android 4.1.1 with Chrome 35.
