      Description

      1) The modal overlay doesn't overlay the menu items for the demos, see screenshot.

      2) The arrows are missing from the date/time spinners.

      To reproduce:
      1) Deploy showcase test app and go to showcase/showcase-mobile.jsf in IE10 or 11
      2) Navigate to Date and Time demo
      3) Both issue #1 and #2 can be seen by clicking the calendar icon to render the date/time spinner.

Note that the overlay is the same for Chrome/FF and IE. (just overlays the body container). If it is to be changed and overlay the entire view, then that should probably be noted as a change of behavior (not IE specific?).
Test app mobileshowcase shows the overlays over the entire area. Will need to determine if this was done on purpose or not.
IE 11 does not have a native date or time selector (at this time). Neither does IE10. (should the button on the app not appear then for a choice?)
Also noticed that the error with fontawesome which was fixed by checkin from ICE-9843
