ace:selectMenu demo not functioning on page load in FF and Chrome.

            Description

            ace:selectMenu and showcase > SelectMenu
            On a fresh page load, the component cannot be opened consistently on any of the pages, as the drop-down closes back, or it doesn't open at all. Going through the application a second time the selectMenu functions as expected.
            No errors seen.

            Steps to reproduce in showcase:
            Navigate to: http://dev.icesoft.com/svn/ossrepo/icefaces4/trunk/icefaces.
            Build/Deploy showcase onto Tomcat 7.
            Navigate to ace:selectMenu > Overview.
            Click on the drop-down arrow on the select province input.
            The click will not register the first time.
            The click will register a second time but the options will not stay rendered.
            Navigate to a different page, then back to ace:selectMenu > Overview.
            The demo will now function as expected.

              Applied change that removes the 'onclick' callbacks during 'focus' events just as it is done already for IE. This is a followup for the changes made for ICE-9746 (the 'onclick' handlers used to be registered only in IE).
