ace:dataExporter > includeFooters attribute doesn't function

            Description

            The includeFooters attribute doesn't function. I tried using it with all file types and with a facet generated footer and a multi-row footer and in all cases it doesn't export.

            To reproduce:
            1) Build / deploy test app located at: http://server.ice:8888/svn/repo/qa/trunk/Regression-Icefaces2/Sparkle/Nightly/dataExporter
            2) Navigate to 'DataExporter Dynamic Attribute Test'
            3) Select 'includeFooters'
            4) Select 'rendered' (alternatively change 'target' to carTable2 and then select rendered)
            5) Click the dataExporter
            6) See the exported file, footer will be missing

              Committed fix to trunk at revision 40298. Added support for exporting footer ace:columnGroup's.

              Notes:

              • The 'footer' facet at the table level is not supported for exporting (neither a 'header' facet). It has to be at the column level (i.e. each column has to have it's own 'footer' facet).
              • Exporting ace:columnGroup's is just not applicable to the xml format.

              Tried this with 4.0.0 Beta and it doesn't work. Footer and Header are always empty in pdf.
