      Description

Exporting a multi-row header table to xml causes only the last defined row of column headers in the columnGroup to be exported. This causes the header labels to be in the incorrect position and some of them to be empty. See attached screenshot.

      To reproduce:
      1) Build / deploy test app located at: http://server.ice:8888/svn/repo/qa/trunk/Regression-Icefaces2/Sparkle/Nightly/dataExporter
      2) Navigate to 'DataExporter Dynamic Attribute Test'
      3) Select 'includeHeaders'
      4) Select 'type' xml
      5) Select 'rendered'
      6) Click the dataExporter
      7) Check the exported file, notice the misalignment and missing header names
