      Description

If the contents of a dialog is changed via Ajax, it is possible for it to appear underneath the modal overlay div.

      For example:

      1) Display dialog.
      2) Close dialog.
      3) Do something that updates the contents of the dialog.
      4) Display dialog again.
      5) Dialog appears behind ui-widget-overlay div
