            As a workaround you can effectively disable the entire dataTable by placing it inside of an ace:panel with "disableInputs='true'" set.

            Description

            The disabled attribute has no effect on the features of the dataTable. I've tried disabled=true with the following features:
            Filtering
            Pagination
            Sorting
            ReorderableColumns
            ResizableColumns
            RowExpansion
            PanelExpansion
            RowSelection
            CellSelection
            Cell/Row Editing
            TableConfigPanel
            Pinning

            In each case the feature still works as it normally would. I also noticed that no disabled styling is applied to any of the controls, like disabled inputs for filtering, grayed out icons for some of the other features, etc..
