Description
To reproduce:
1) Build / deploy test app located at: http://server.ice:8888/svn/repo/qa/trunk/Regression-Icefaces2/Sparkle/Nightly/menuButton
2) Load 'MenuButton Dynamic Attribute' test page in IE7
3) Render the menuButton
4) Click the button to render the menu items
Notice that even with zindex=1000 it renders below all of the divs. Issue does not occur in newer versions of IE or Firefox/Chrome.

Marking issue as Won't Fix.
This is the exact same issue reported in
ICE-9073with ace:menuBar. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to avoid that situation, because of IE7's particular way of handling zIndexes. Any workaround would have to be done at the app level to avoid having the menu near other elements with zIndex or position:relative.
