ace:printer > 'for' attribute is non-functional in IE browsers

            Description

            When using the for attribute in IE and trying to print a specific element on the page the entire page is printed. Issue can not be reproduced in Chrome or Firefox. See forum posting for more details.

              Committed fix at revision 35596. The generated iframe, containing the markup to be printed, needed to be focused just before invoking its print() method.
