REGRESSION - ace:pushButton no longer rendered embeded text/images

            Description

            The ace:pushButton no longer will render text that is nested in the tag. For example:

                            <ace:pushButton value="Push Me">
                                <h:outputText value="Push Me" />
                            </ace:pushButton>

            This was working in 3.2.0/EE 3.2.0 but with 3.3.0 it renders the text outside of the button. Support for this was added in ICE-7016 as part of a customer supported enhancement.

              Committed fix at revision 34518. Re-added support for nested components, which was lost when moving component to jQuery UI from YUI.
