icepanelDivider :splitter remains free floating in case of dynamic content

            Description

            In case icepanelDivider renders dynamic content and we intend to move the position of the splitter, the splitter itself remains free floating and we need to click twice to position it.
            The content on one of the section remains selected.

            The problem occurs after several attempts to position/drag the splitter.

            Can be partially reproduced using IE8, Firefox 20.0.1 at
            http://icefaces-showcase.icesoft.org/showcase.jsf?grp=compatMenu&exp=divider
