Once the ICEfaces plugin is loaded the JSP design editor stops working and only
shows tag icons.

This is a pretty big thing for people using JDeveloper. So we should definitely
document in the Release Notes that they can't use the Designer when our plugin
is installed.

marked as resolved on documenting the following:
JSP design editor is not supported.
AdF Faces is not supported
Create a new one if we want to support JDeveloper ADF design time and ADF Faces
components.

known issues:
ICEfaces does not support the old version of 10.1.3 JDeveloper design time.
JDeveloper at that version does not separate run-time and design-time library.
So we have conflict with JSF Ri library in design-time. in addition, we do not
support ADF Faces.
We could look at the latest version of JDeveloper.
