ACE build omit redundant source javascript files

            Description

            For most of our components (except fileEntry), we concatenate the source javascript files together, and then have compressed and uncompressed versions of those concatenated files. There's no need to include the source files that were used for the concatenation process, as they unnecessarily double the size of resources in the jar. This would require a change to ace/component/build.xml
