I observed that when we open chat section in auction monitor, it selects the
font color randomly. I have experienced two different users with same color
e.g. yellow. That makes the user hard to differentiate at first glance.
We have to keep the color standard (like black) otherwise have to spent time
to generate an algorithm to select the color.

Fixed in r13037.
The color selection is now from a preset list, and once a color has been set for
a user no other user will be assigned that color. If no colors remain, the
default #000000 will be used for any new users. When a user leaves chat, their
color is marked as "available" again and future users can be assigned it.
Currently 18 colors are available.
