            Description

            Test ICE-2359 will fail in all browsers when diffConfig=att. The draggable panel cannot be dragged a second time.

              The draggable initialization JS code is not sent with the rest of the attribute updates.

              The fix makes sure the draggable feature of the popup is re-initialized every time popup's position is changed. This is done by adding a random comment at the end of the draggable JS Code.
