ACE Meta @Facet(s) do not have tlddoc specified, so TLDDOC sections are empty

            Description

            In ICE-6110 we added support for the @Facet tlddoc to be put into the generated TLDDOC, but we don't actually specify that information in the component Meta classes, so the resulting TLDDOC just lists the facets without having any documentation to go along with them. This is evident in ace:tabPane and ace:submitMonitor. And if ICE-9030 is fixed, then it will be evident for ace:column (baseMeta/UIColumnMeta) as well.
