Add custom positioning to ace:dialog

            Description

            It would be convenient for ICEfaces users to have more control over the position of the dialog when it's shown, so it's necessary to add new 'position', 'targetPosition' and 'relativeTo' attributes to position the dialog in relation to some other component on the page, pretty much like ace:tooltip does.
