Description
On every page update the following message is shown in the server logs:
WARNING: JSF1064: Unable to find or serve resource, gmap/api.js.
This seems to be shown only with the Mojarra JSF implementation. Tested with 2.1.3, 2.1.6 and 2.1.19. Using MyFaces 2.1.10, this message isn't shown.

Committed fix to trunk at revision 33981.
Fixed by creating the gmap API resource only if a gmap key was specified in web.xml, otherwise, simply use the placeholder resource
