optional attribute to specify optional library in template provider doesn't work

            Description

            Optional="true" is an attribute defined in ICEfaces template provider extension point. It is used to specify the current library is optional compared to other non-optional library.

            The optional library will be checked and selected in ICEfaces wizard. But the library checkbox won't be disabled.

            The problem is in template provider and it seems that optional library list is not preserved.
