partialSubmit w/ ice:selectOneMenu doesn't fire on Mac OSX Chrome

            Description

            Partial submit on an ice:selectOneMenu isn't firing in Chrome on Mac OSX. It appears that the onclick event isn't being fired. It works as expected on OSX with Safari and FF as well as on all supported Windows browsers. Test case attached.
