partialSubmit w/ ice:selectOneMenu doesn't fire on Mac OSX Chrome

            Description

            Partial submit on an ice:selectOneMenu isn't firing in Chrome on Mac OSX. It appears that the onclick event isn't being fired. It works as expected on OSX with Safari and FF as well as on all supported Windows browsers. Test case attached.

              Thx Yip, we'll get Mircea to investigate the original reported issue as well since he runs OSX.

              Added "onchange" event listener to the select element to submit new value. Chrome on OSX needs this because the "click" event is not fired when selecting a new item.
