ace:tableConfigPanel - Setting rendered=false still shows displays the button in the table header

             - Hide the button through CSS. The default style class is ui-tableconf-button.
             - Use a <c:if> tag used on conjunction with the rendered attribute value binding.
             - Use a <ui:fragement> tag used on conjunction with the rendered attribute value binding.

            Description

            Setting the ace:tableConfigPanel to rendered=false will still display the button in the table header. Clicking on this button has no effect.
