            Description

            This JIRA is to review the feasibility of upgrading to the jQuery 1.9 release, and also associated 3rd party jQuery plugins as required:

            Current revisions in use as of 3.2 are:

            - jqPlot 1.0.4
            - jqPrint 0.3
            - jQuery 1.7.1
            - jQuery Mousewheel 3.0.4
            - jQuery Timepicker Addon 0.9.6
            - jQuery UI 1.8.24
