Dialog auto width limitations in IE7

            Description

            Split from ICE-7341. See also ICE-7400.

            If width of dialog set to "auto" in IE7:

                This is a known issue with the existing jquery-based dialog component and IE7.

                No change in this issue. I doubt jQuery UI care about IE7 much.
