ace:dateTimeEntry - Now and Today button functionality is inconsistent

            Description

            When using the Now button for the dateTimeEntry clicking on it will load the current date/time into the input field. When the Today button is used (Non-Time entry/pattern) clicking on the button doesn't add the date into the input field. It simply will return the user to display the current dates month when they have navigated ahead or behind.

              Attached test case that shows issue.

              Steps:

              • Load page2.jsf
              • In the first date field, open the popup and click the Now button.
              • The date is filled into the input field and the user can select Done to close the popup.
              • In the second date field, open the popup and click the Today button. Nothing happens.

              The "Today" button should navigate to the current month and select the current date, but not close the popup calendar.
