All Browsers (IE, Netscape, Mozilla, FireFox):
Very first time the bar changes the mode correctly as user selects a mode.
Once user presses ?Start? button then there is inconsistent behavior.
Sometimes User has to press ?Start? twice to have the bar working and
sometimes the bar mode changes as user selects the radio button. Ideally the
bar should change when user changes the mode.
Netscape 7.1:
Progress bar is not it's box. It is quite below the box it is supposed to be
in.
