ace:list draggable panel failures (was: ace:list failures)

            Description


            list (Firefox, Chrome) - listTableTop, listTableBottom fail (also manually); after dragging a list panel in one of the tables and clicking submit, both the dragged list panel & the second list panel become selected, while the test expects to have only the dragged list panel selected.
                  (Chrome) - listFAjax fails from same above reason.

            This behavior is actually seen in all tests, all browsers.
            To reproduce the issue:

            - deploy list.war and load it in a browser: http://localhost:8080/list/start.jsf
            - navigate to any test, as example click on 'List Attribute Test'.
            - drag 'List Panel 1' over 'List Panel 3', and click 'Submit Selection' button.
            - instead of only one list being highlighted (List Panel 1), both 'List Panel 1' and 'List Panel 3' will be highlighted.

              This fails also with ICEfaces 3.2 release bundle.
