Add "Where can I download this sample?" link to all public ICEfaces sample applications

            Description


            In order to improve the visibility of the ICEfaces sample application source code availability to users running the binary samples, or viewing them online in our staged public samples, we should add a link to the bottom of each demo page:

            "Download the source-code for this Sample"

            This link will navigate to a page in the ICEfaces documentation wiki, similar to this existing one: http://wiki.icesoft.org/display/ICE/ICEfaces+Sample+Applications

            However, we will want to tailor the content on this page for folks arriving via this new link, such that it included a section at the top indicating where to download the bundles that contain the sample source code.
