            Description


            To reproduce:
            1) Build / deploy test application located at http://server.ice:8888/svn/repo/qa/trunk/Regression-Icefaces2/Sparkle/Manual/submitMonitor
            2) Navigate to '/submitMonitorAccessKey.jsf'
            3) Click the Sleep button to trigger the submitMonitor busy state and to render the overlay
            4) Trigger the accessKey of the button multiple times (ALT + C in Chrome/IE or ALT+SHIFT+C in Firefox)
            5) Notice the ActionListener has been triggered (event type = click)
