ice:panelTab doesn't use id property for child components

            Description


            This is a very old bug previously registered as ICE-1334.
            Ice:panelTab has 'id' property but this property is not used in identifiers for child components.
            Users must remember to add f:subview inside panel.

              In output we see each tab has constant id=0
              like
              first tab: frmWn:ts1:0:j_id143
              second tab: frmWn:ts1:0:j_id146
