ace:rowEditor - Add title tags for the icon/links

            Description


            Feature Request: The icons that are rendered for the rowEditor don't have any titles associated with them to indicate their functionality. This is the pencil, check, and cross icons.

            The request is to allow a developer to define their down title values for each of the rendered icons.
