ice:selectInputText - Drop down menu displays in an incorrect position in IE9

            Description


            An ice:selectInputText component is used in a scrollable div (ice:panelGroup) that also sets its position CSS value to be fixed.

            This causes an issue when the scrollable div is scrolled. If the div isn't scrolled the drop down is displayed correctly. When scrolled the drop down displays out of position, it seems to be displayed in a fixed position where it is first rendered.

              Attached test case that shows the issue.

              Steps:

              • Load scrollableDivIssue.iface in IE9
              • Enter in some text, drop down displays correctly.
              • Scroll the div a bit and enter in text again, drop down is displayed incorrectly.

              Fixed. Also retested ICE-7451, showcase, and scrollable div with static position.
