Update Maven usage documentation in Wiki for 3.1+ changes

            Description


            The Wiki documentation that explains how to use Maven with ICEfaces needs to be updated to reflect the changes made to ICEfaces Maven support and usage as of 3.1.

            The current page is here: http://wiki.icesoft.org/display/ICE/Building+and+Running+ICEfaces+Examples+with+Maven

            Might be best to create a new section at the top of the page for "Using ICEfaces 3.1+ with Maven" and document how folks can now build ICEfaces with Maven, install the pre-built jars into their local maven repo, etc. while also highlighting that the existing/old instructions apply to ICEfaces 3.0.x.
