Description
Using Internet Explorer, after clicking on "Toggle Test 1" and "Toggle Test 2a", "Toggle Test 2b" and "Toggle Test 3" would not trigger ajax event
To reproduce:
-Build and Deploy Fajax application with myfaces from ..\svn\ossrepo\icefaces3\branches\icefaces-3.0.x-maintenance\icefaces\samples\core\test\fajax
-run app on IE7
-click on Toggle Test 1 button
-click on Toggle Test 2a Button
-click on Toggle Test 2b Button
-notice that the ajax event is not triggered at all (try clicking on Toggle Test 3 button to get the same issue as well).
(NOTE: For some reason, by changing the order of the button clicks, issue doesn't show at all).

After downloading a VirtualPC image of Windows Vista with IE 7 (7.0.6002.18005), I was able to reproduce the issue but only on the maintenance branch with the version of MyFaces that we shipped (myfaces-api/impl-2.1.6-ice-7926.jar). If I run the same example against the trunk (which has MyFaces 2.1.9) or add MyFaces 2.1.9 to the example in the maintenance branch, the problem goes away. So I'm going to resolve this as won't fix as the next EE release can be updated to take advantage of the newer MyFaces libraries. As a workaround, it may also be feasible to simply update to the newer MyFaces libraries.

As I don't have local access to IE 7, I ran this on FF/Chrome/IE9/IE8 against the trunk and the EE branch and didn't see any issues. I'll try and get remote access to an IE 7 instance running on a test machine to confirm. I try download a VirtualPC image as well so that I have it handy for the future.
